of alumbond panel . Featuring in uniform , delicate and fresh color
, it avoids the exceptional color difference occurred in traditional
spray finishing process .
In spite of the large area of suspended ceiling , the color and
gloss stand good and permanent .
2．The aluminum substrates for roller coating are all imported aluminum
sheets or high quality hot rolling aluminum alloy plates purchased
from Southwest Aluminum Factory . Applying highperformance roller
coating processing technique , we are able to effectively control
the precision and evenness of the substrates .
3．Excellent processing performance . We exercise strict control
over raw material purchasing and production process , so that the
panels couple the toughness and hardness , which make future operation
such as cutting , bending , pressing , drilling , fixing and edge
shaping become easy .
4．Flowery colors and durability . The external coating of the aluminum
suspended ceiling has adopted the German aluminizing technique and
imported PVDF or PE dope . It has the advantages of strong adhesion
, acid/alkali resistance , corrosion prevention , again resistance
and UV resistance . There is a wide range of routine colors for
